Dont bother spending any amount of time or money on ANYTHING Borgwarner related, ever.

Get a T series.

Borgwarner is bogan designed junk. Who the fuck makes a 2 piece un-splitable tailshaft for fucks sake

my locked borgie has almost a quarter turn of backlash
i reckon it improves them ;)

i think youre missing some teeth :P

you dont need the teeth,
could be because ive been through like 4 axles so the splines wear different each time

u can cut coke cans up and make small shims out of them but this is a really cheap and dodgy way but works really well or you can messure the left and right standard shims and put the bigger one on the left side to bring the crown closer to the pinion or buy shims from a diff specialist

They are splitable. How else do you think you can replace the center bearing?
