hey guys .. looking to keep my original dash gauges in a ca18det ae86 setup.
.. what mod/s is needed to run std tacho? tacho amp setup?
am i best to run from coils or haltech

Do the GZE mod to your dash cluster, then get a 1k ohm resistor. 1 side of the resistor goes to the tacho signal wire, the other goes to 12v ignition wire. You can just do this on the back of the cluster where the tacho bolts are +B and the Signal bolt. this will boost the signal correctly and it will work. :)
