I have some adjustable lca from A ke30 and was just wondering if I can grind off these tabs and the weird lip that's around the edge.

the lip around the edge provides structural strength, dont cut it off. The little tabs are ears and help the lca hear things. It is possible to live a fulfilling life without functioning ears so you can cut them off, poor lca

lock stopper are different yep. cut the ears but really theres no point as i cant see them hitting anything.
and definately keep the lips. as said before, they provide structural integrity.

if your going to box them up just leave the lip and weld a 3 mm plate accross the bottom.. atleast then the lip will give you something to weld to.. because the lca steel is so thin, if u weld on a 90' edge from the outside of the angle u will most probably blow it out and render the lca useless, u wont gain any more lock by removing it.. u may loose about 50grams of weight...
