i am new to qld so i am buyin an unrego'd car and i wanna know A. is there a basic list of wat it needs to pass and how much does it cost

just check yourself, tie rod ends, rust, any leaks. once you think it's in ok condition have a try and they'll give you a list on everything else that needs doing, you might just get it straight away
