how to install a fuel pressure reg? whats needed and where to mount and what hardware is needed?

im using a tomei type s regulator

It goes after your fuel rail, before your return line. Mount it wherever is convenient. Hardware depends entirely on inlet/outlet on the FPR and your rail.
