diy adjustable 4 link

I'm making a adjustable 4 link setup for my KE to try and stop a bit of axle tramp at the track. I have some hard core left and right hand rod ends lined up and a lathe to cut the threads.
Being the lazy one I am i dont want to pull the upper and lower arms out of my car incase i haven't finished them by the next track day and have to put it all back together. I'm hoping someone would know the length between hole canters on the standard arms [upper and lower] so i have a starting point to make my arms.
Also... how much adjustment is generally built into these? I have a 31 diff with standard mounts welded on it so just want to be able to ensure its all straight and possibly adjust the pinion angle.

Just measure them without taking them out of the car.

Axle tramp has to be an issue of incorrect damping/spring control.

sorry mate i do not know the length of the arms

But if your having axle tramp issues have you considered lowering the bottom mount on the diff (traction brackets) this changes the angle of the arms. i dont have first hand experiance with this as im in the middle of finishing off my brackets.

I'm thinking it may be coming from the original rubber bushing that is in the trailing arms. I figured if i'm going to buy bushes why not make arms if i can make them for bugger all. It may not fix the diff bounce [its not heaps bad anyway only really on straight sections] but i'd like the peace of mind that the whole lot is aligned.

axle tramp fixed with urethane bushes, id have some trailing arms kicking round if u wanna them to copy or i can just measue them, adjustable 4 link does fark all neway man!!!!!!
