Hey just got my KE70 going again. chucked a seca wheel on it and now when i turn my horn goes off intermittenly (which is bad with 4 air horns and 2 compressors)

since i cant be fucked looking at it tonight has anyone else came across this problem?

any ideas?

my contact spring etc seems fine aswell as the horn button.

take off your wheel and re-wire all the connections with proper fittings.
if it still does it then that means its enchanted!

Can you operate it at straight ahead?

It's a very simple circuit and if it's going off when turning your problem is obviously to do with your sliding contact pin and plate, and the contact wire to the horn button. Strip, inspect, rectify, enjoy silence.

Well in that case, the contact wire to the horn button is touching something that goes to earth when you turn your wheel.

Pull it apart and have a look.
