John, with the barrells , are they already drilled or not ?

Could one essentially use these on Rays racing rims (volk) to widen?

you could use them on the volk mesh yeah. but youd end up with crazy deep offset, pretty much they all have 4" inners, so youre talking 15x9 -27 ish from memory.
