are bt 20v and silver top 20v cam covers the same??

hi guys i have a black top 20v in my ae86 and i want to paint up and polish the cam cover in mine i think the silver top coil cover looks better then the black top so i bought a second hand silver top coil and cam cover for my black top. all i want to know is before i do all this work on the silver top one will it fit straight on my black top motor now im talking about the cam cover not the coil cover. im pretty sure its right but just making sure regards shaun

hi sam-q i already purchased the silver top one and the hole reason why i did this is when i bought my car the coil cover was missing so i wantted to complete the motor, doin some research i found the covers to be diffrent that why i opted for the silver top cover thanks any way mate regards shaun

no worries, as a bonus you can fit 1Nz coilpacks under the silvertop cover. Assuming they don't overheat that is
