BC2 > MW by far.

bc2 is little bit laggy but at least every one shares the same lag.
unlike mw2 where the host becomes god mode

i must of been thinking of another game. Its were you can switch between your members (1plyr) and tell them how to position themselves and there was just too many buttons and the aiming was shit. im sure u can jump in and out of first person shooter to like platform camera behind the guy

I will also be looking into PS3 and Xbox servers soon as well for other games as well as BF BC2

Silver, im gussing BC doesn't run off steam, there fore would it be possible to crack the serial and play fo' free ?

4agejet from what i have heard so far no one has a cracked version working online. i would just by the game its not that hard. and multiplayer is where its at.

dont buy from EB they are a rip off!

Yeah its different (better) Than COD6. but you have to play multiplayer to get the jist of the game! single player just doesnt cut it.

MW2 is a shit game so easy and full of hacking noobs!

Battlefield is different and requires more team playing and skill

Ok, so i bougth this game this week, installed it... Start it up, get a black screen for a while, then crashes back to desktop, tried switching my refresh rate up etc, still nothing. Tried reinstalling and still nothing... Video card is an ATI x1050 running XP. Anyone wana help :) Reallyyy wana spend all monday playing hahaha.

Yea I did a google search, told me to change my refresh rate and that, i've tried that and still no cigar. tried installing an updated directx, nothing...

is it a 256 or 512 card? updated drivers? restarted your pc after installing battlefield?

so when you start the app its just a black screen? if you are north brisbane i have a graphics card that works (3) lol

yea 256, so its on the bare minimum... Updated the drivers the other night, yea restarted it all and shit, I think its the graphics card, but yea. How much for a graphics card? what sort is it?

i have a gforce go 8600 GT sitting here i just pulled out as i replaced it with a ATI HD4850

4850= very good choice

8800gt is still an alright card, but a bit slow these days unfortunately.

08ftwyo make sure you have the latest video drivers (downlaod new ones from nvidia or ATI)

prolly best to reinstall the latest ones if you have them already.

also i belive there is a brand new patch for BC2, so make sure you have that too.

im using a 9800gtx+ and runs pretty sweet on 1080p

would highly recommend 9600gt 1gig for bare minimum these days ($80-100card)

I might pass on the video card silver, and just buy a new one in the near future. All I really want to do is play medal of honour :P Haha, had so many fun times playing that game...

i'd recommend the EAH 4870, i've had it probably for about a year if not more and still not lagging on any game that the world is bringing out.. very grouse card with the whole ddr5 shit. if the games get t00 hektik ill just get another one and have 2 x 1gb ddr5's im sure it won't cause any lag.
Will anyone know why fraps tends to lag when recording? get about 90fps generally then drops to like 30 or so when recording, could it be CPU ? havn't upgraded that in a while so yea

I want to run 2 x 1gb g cards and about 6- 8 gig of DDR5 ram in my next setup.

so means new everything for me lol. might buy a new case soon and build from there
