Car - AE86

motor - smallport

use - gonna be my daily

problem - its more of a question...

occurs/started when - brake fluid is low

personal situation - i need to get rego soon

ok so in modern cars if your brake fluid level runs low a light comes on in the dash to tell you yea? has the AE86 got this ability ? i recently did the pajero brake master upgrade and it has the wires hanging off it for the brake fluid level warning system ... is there some wires in the engine bay of a AE86 that i could plug these into?

its not really needed but its a nice option to have.

so if anyone knows if they are there and they are located any info would be nice.

i know i have a few wires around the master cylinder that are from the dash loom but im not sure if they are for it.

Yes they do i believe.

There should be a two wire plug right near the brake master.

if i place a wire across the 2 pins would it create the circuit and make the light go on?
i think it should.

i think it should.

Logic would dictate that if it is currently open circuit and the light is not on, completing the circuit should turn the warning light on, so yes.

I dont think pajero's have a fluid level warning light only a pressure differental switch

Maybe try the 86 cap on the pajero?

the cap wont fit ... it has a massive screw down cap
