I got a small cutting disc on my rotary tool and cut a slit in it, then split it with a screwdriver and hammer. Some are just really stuck on there, others are pretty good.
Im sure you could find someone with another 4ac one (4age are not compatible, different teeth profile).
The key can be replaced, they are pressed/pushed into the crank, not machined as an upward notch. Some of them ive seen are loose, but not really sure how to get it out. I dont think there is a part number for the keyway pin, but possibly you could also steal one from another crank.

I had one very difficult to remove. Used a Map Gas 1Kg to heat up the sprocket, then a can of CO2 to freeze the crank, this created enough clearance to separate the 2.
For a very difficult one, I drilled and tapped 2 holes then used a puller, but that will be difficult in the engine bay, so I recommend the heat/cool method

Cheers for the info. I think i will also need to hack off the key as it is completely destroyed.

there was a big thread on this a while back, I drilled it on either side, taped it and made my own puller.

i hear pinch/pry bars can work too.

i actually got mine off with a claw hammer, though i had the engine on an engine stand so it was a bit easier to get a claw hammer in there.

A prybar will work if it will come off easily, if not you'll end up breaking bits off the oil pump. Drilling and tapping it is a good option, if not slit it and cut it off. They key shouldn't be too hard to replace, you need to flick it out try a chisel from the front

two screw drivers with even pressure can work. use alot of crc. heat would be a good idea. i had a really stuck one and bought te right size puller from repco used it then returned it haha
