4AC rough idle and trouble taking off

Hey guys,

My bros 86 has been idle'ing pretty rough...
Also when u rev the rpm's drop and then pick up again, it makes it hard to take off on a slope. Car feels like it is guna stall :(

sometimes it feels like after driving for a while the problem gets worse and seems like the exhaust is making a popping sounds

any solutions?

check the ignition timing, mine did simmilar things then i found my timing was retarded, lol, so i advanced it;
