Hey guys, I needed new brakes, but have't done them my self before, so I went down to supercheap and bought some new standard rotors and pads for my Sprinter.
Put the rotors on as the manual says (no problems there).
But with the brake pads, I successfully got them 'clicked in' but I just have 2 questions:
1. Are the pads supposed to be glued in?
2. With the new pads in place, with their nice new larger amount of pad thickness, the gap between them isn't big enough to fit the rotor in between them... How do I go about making a gap big enough to put them back on and over the rotor?

Thanks guys

1: nope no glue
2: you need to push the piston back into the caliper a bit, i usually use a G-clamp. you might be able to push the piston back in with your hand. if you use a G-clamp make sure you use the old pad to push against, dotn want to destroy your new pad. also watch the level of fluid in the brake master, it may overflow.
