Hi,

I guess I'm selling my daily driver Corolla. It's an '84 AE71 CS-X. It's virtually stock aside from the 4A-GE. Car has 272k or so km. Rebuilt engine was put in at around 269,500km. Engine has new 0.5mm oversized endurotec pistons, new mains, rods bearings, thrust washers, water pump and a full gasket set. Head was stripped bare and sand blasted, new valve stem seals were put in and the valves were cleaned and lapped. I recently had the cam covers off and re-did the valve clearances. Runs real good. The engine is actually the original 4A-C block from the car with EVERYTHING 4A-GE put in/on it so the engine number matches the number the rego papers.

Aside from the engine, Car has:
limo tint on all windows bar windscreen
heavy duty clutch with exedy clutch plate
remote central locking/immobiliser
AE86 EFI tank with the baffles and stuff with an aftermarket pump(came out of a turbo car)
CD-player
wood steering wheel
2" press-bent catback exhaust with one lukey muffler, not loud, nice note
clutch master and slave were replaced maybe 1.5 years ago
new harmonic balancer was put on ~1.5 years ago
alternator was reco'ed ~3 years ago
starter motor was reco'ed ~3.5 years ago
injectors were reco'ed 6 months ago
hail damage
shell is pretty rusty around boost area

I am keeping the wheels but unsure of what’s happening with them. Car will be rolling though so you can drive it home.

Price is $2500.

I also have a T-series diff, Cusco LSD, hand made (by a local guy) turbo manifold, 450x300x75 intercooler, GZE injectors, rebuilt T25, *maybe* some suspension which can be included with the car at additional cost if the buyer wants it. I was going to turbo it but never got around to it. I've gotta a tig so if you want to turbo it, I'll be happy to weld up charge pipes and exhaust if you want which will keep costs down.

Car is in WA, NOR.

Thanks.

This car is structurally very straight. The front guards have never been removed (seam sealer unbroken) so obviously never had serious damage.

Engine is faultless and runs smoothly :)

Hey mate. Just wondering if that t series diff has the rotors and calipers with it? And is the lsd installed? Also if you end up selling those rims, how much would you want for them?

T-series diff is a drum diff from a t18. LSD is not installed.

Free bump for a well put together car.

Cost up the price of a 4age conversion with a rebuilt engine and you will see how good value this is.
