just make some out of cardboard and stick them on with duct tape....

I've always wanted to try what those true-blue 'mate' utes have with the aluminium edging up the side.

But seriously there isn't an off the shelf part. So It'd have to be custom done. you could make it from modding a kit from a different car (by cutting and shutting etc) or just make it from scratch :)
