trueno or not to trueno

hi guys, think about doin the nose job on my aus spec sprinter, still has a 4a and rust in it atm, so they are my 1st worries, just putting the question out there if anyone in in vic has done the trueno nose jobie, and if so how much it cost for allllll the parts needed.
Also im after some new door trims, esp the driver side door, the arm rest is not really a arm rest any more.... any help would be great....
