Rust repair AE71 rear quarters

i currently have two huge holes in the common place behind the rear wheels that go from the wheel arch to back of car on each side and require a repair or replacement patch to weld in. i dont know how to weld or repair and wouldnt know where to go in adelaide to get it fixed before it gets worse. The previous owner bogged it but the hole is so huge now i dont think my bogging skills would fix this
will supply pictures if someone has a suggestion
