can anyone help me take out my dash cluster

im wanting to put new bulbs in and i have undone all the screws and it wont budge its stuck on the windscreen wipers and lights and i cannot get it out ! can anyone help thanks

push the wipers and lights down
gives a bit more room. then wriggle it.
or take off the steering column surround too.

Yeah stalks down and just jiggle it like a sucker. IIRC the bottom has to come out first, and up over the steering wheel. (Assuming KE70?) Also make sure that the speedo cable and 3 loom plugs in the back of the cluster are un-clipped.
