hey guys got 2 questions hope you can help.
ae86 4age problems
1. when im out giving my car abit i see the temp gauge going up not to high just about half way to 3/4 and when i dont keep the revs up they just drop and stalls it usually idles around 1100 , and after it does that it wont kick over , takes about 10 mins with the hood up cooling it down. what could i need fixing?
2. my extractors are short and my exhaust is hitting the car any ideas what to use to push it down that wont melt my floor anymore and wont rumble when i accelerating quick.
thanks in advance

What car/engine is this happening with?. So you're saying that when it starts to get hot it will stall and wont start until its cooled down.
With your extractors it sounds like you'll need a new piece of pipe made up to go from the extractors to the rest of your exhaust.

1. I can't see a question here
2. you could modify the engine mounts to sit it lower I suppose, or cut and shut the exhaust so it doesn't hit.

No. 1 is probably something like coolant temp/ignition timing correction pulling so much timing that it can't idle. You fix this by not letting the car overheat.
No. 3: Your wheel does not move in or out (closer to or away from) the strut because you turn, or at any time while your lugnuts are doing their job. What you're asking can't be a problem.

Sounds like you need a small spacer (10mm) for the front wheels to correct the rubbing. Few different things could cause overheating, Thermostat, Water pump, Radiator. Is your 4age a converted FWD engine?, Have you got a pic of the cooling setup?
