hi, ive been looking at importing a trueno from japan from a while but been having trouble finding a nice clean one.
ive got about 25k to spend
and have checked the follwing:
yahoo auctions
carland86.com
tradecarview.com
carsales
86drivingclub
all but carland86.com have very average ones and the ones on carland86 are minimum 20k.
just wondering if there are any other sites anyone knows of, or if anyones selling one because otherwise im looking at an r32

Seeing as you are in Melbourne, id recommend you talk to Pramodh (pro_k). He is a private importer, and with a budget of 25K he will be able to get you something immaculate. If you need his details, let me know

By very average Im being super picky. Cos i want to spend alot I do want a really good one. I also hear different things. If 25k will get me an immaculate one as above I'd be happy to pay that

Hahaha yes I do. Well at least around 20. I've been looking around for a while and I'm not really too thrilled by anything else. And I can't see them going down in price anytime soon. I've been saving up a bit anyway so I'm not too fussed. And il get most of my money back when I sell it

few if the guys on HR have got them from him, Honestly I wouldnt spend that much on an ae86 , what you should do buy something decent for about 12k and then spend some money on it that you need to get it to your standard at least you will be 100% happy with the result

buy a r32gtr with that money...but you may as well save a few grand more and buy an r33gtr...but if u were going to that you should just save another few thousand get a loan and buy an r34gtr. having said that you'd be better off saving for a decent deposit buy a house then after a while get an investment property then rent it out pay off your first house..then you can sell your investment property and buy a r35gtr and have plenty of cash for a deposit on another house! and then you can buy an ae86 for what ever reason who knows?
