Woudln't be THAT loud with the baffle in but stilll quite loud, without, very loud.

Not oversized at all, looks like the usual mandrel bent 2 inch, quality piping with a decent rear muffler, would sound awesome with a highflow cat.

I had one of these without the baffle and it was fairly noisy. It's a very light weight system but I found that the flanges warped so I welded the front and rear section together and welded a 8mm flange to the cat end and no problems after that.

I'm not really sure on that. I checked in my 2004 dorifuto tengoku "DORIFUTO PA-TSU KANZEN GAIDO" and all the gearsets pictured under kurosu mishon was helical and the straight cuts were sutoreito katto. I think it's mostly right to assume it's close ratio but kurosu is cross, kuro-su is close. Different "spelling". I'm just being picky and giving you shit Dave. : )
