what are the best over the counter head light bulbs other then HID's

you will only ever have maginal improvements with halogen globe swaps alone

phillips do a crystal vision they arnt too bad for a halogen bulb very white light and are about 99 a set, but i swapped from them to hid 6000k and id never look back they are the best lights ive ever had

and are they hard to install??
