stick a pipe between your tyre and gaurd. heat gun it first

dont even bother. dont carry people in the back. its a ke70 not a commodore. untill it starts ripping into the tyre then your safe.

if you still want to do it.

heat gun/hair dryer
big metal pole( cut down someone elses street sign)
stockies
a mate

pull the 15x8s off it
stockies on
hair dryer it for like 15 minutes move quickly along the paint or it will burn it
get a pole between the tyre and the guard
get a mate to reverse slowly
adjust the angle of the pipe to suit how much you want to roll them out
then you win.

it might seem ghetto but its pretty much the way most shops do it

and remeber the heat gun is only for making the paint not crack as much and alos to make the metal abit more maliable.

good luck

the whole pole trick seems to warp the panel aswell, he wants to "flare" the guards. their is a vid on U-Tube about it (using the pole)
the fronts are easy, get a hammer n dolly kit from super cheap.. like 30 bux . take out the innner plash guard, get a shifter.. as big as i can find and fold out the inner lip, then from their shape it with the hammer n dolly kit, cut off the tabs when done, some guys fold a small section back under for strength, but its up to you, then just a light skim off filler to make it smooth.

Rears, u need to cut out the inner reo, its spot welded in , so u will have to drill them out then cut out the panel, there was a good diagram on how to do it on the old forum but its shut now so we cant get any of the good articles off.. but im guessing they will slowly re appear like this topic.. once u sort the inner out, then just do the same as the front..u'll have to run some decent neg offset wheels to fill the guards though but it will look fat!

ohh wear ear muffs when using the hammer n dolly otherwise your head will hear 3Khz all night!!
