Spring Diameter on T series diff. compared to S series

Hey guys,

So i have taken the old S series diff out and try to put in the T series. My problem is the spring seat on the T series is smaller than the ones on the S series so the my old springs don't fit.

My question is are the spring diameters different on T series diffs compared with the S series?

Will the bump stops be a different diameter as well?

That is weird. I found it all the same on my car. Same springs used on both S ant T series diffs. (For AE86)

Sorry a T series off an T18 I think. Coz it's got no sway bar mounts. Anyone ever had this prob.

I think its ra40/60 that has different spring seats. Ra60s have swaybar mounts tho.

What springs are we talking about. TRD's fit just about everything

They are Jumboz by all springs. Had them made a while back. I'm stumped the guy who sold it to me said it was from a T18??
