hey guys

just been looking at installing the senders/sensors on my 4age for my speco oil pressure, oil temp & water temp gauges and see that i need some adapters.

first question:

do i need to run the stock sensors still as well? therefore do i need two specific t-pieces so i can run the sensors in stock position in line with oil pressure/ water temp sensors? or can i just remove them and get a straight adaptor to run gauge sensor in stock position by itself?

second question:

can i run my oil temp sensor at the position of the oil drain for stock oil cooler on a smallport (below passenger side engine mount)?

i would run both oil pressure gauges, that way you will know if there is any discrepancies! as soon as i get another factory sender i will be doing the same.
water temp usually goes on the top hose just before the factory sender. you will need to earth the speco sensor though.

my oil temp is in the sump, so the temp of the oil the motor is using. im thinking about running another for the oil coming out of the motor...
