hey guys, just wondering what torque settings should be used for the flywheel bolts on a 4AGE, and easiest wat to 'lock' the motor up i can reach the said settings...

shove a screwdriver in the little holes around the edge, it will catch on something on the block and hold it still.
attached is a screen shot form the "4age big blue book"
well worth the download, around 90mb
