Ok, so using adaptronic ecu on a 4agze, converted to turbo.

I am wanting to ensure i can get it as right as can be, thus i want to have the correct resistance for the injectors so the ECU doesnt get burnt out.

Can i use the OEM resistor pack in the regular power feed circuit for the injectors when using the adaptronic.

Ive looked over the wiring diagram and it will not be hard at all to wire in, but im just wanting to be sure it wont affect the operation of an aftermarket ecu.

basically the same as above, but instead of batch firing 2 at once each injector has its own -ve feed to the ecu (signal wire)

yes yes??

That will work but will only give you 2 injection channels. You can wire a ze injector to each output in the adaptronic directly without a resistor. Just select peak-hold and 1.9 Amps in the injector setup area of the triggering menu.

yeah thats what i thought, i just wanted to be sure. i have already wired each injector into the ecu individually, and have got a 12v supply for each one too, but havent wired that in, i wasnt sure if resistors were 100% needed on an adaptronic setup.

ill leave the resistors out tho and just go throught the setup as you have said.

The burning question is what resistance of injector does an Adaptronic cope with. Or in other words how much current can each injector driver supply. That determines what resistance (if any) you need to add in series with each injector.

Also if you are running the injectors sequentially then don't wire the resistor pack as shown above. It will work, but as soon as you get to high duty cycles and two paired injectors (eg. #3 and #4) are open simultaneously then the current running through each injector will fall. You could however get two resistor packs and wire one injector to each resistor output and run them sequentially.
