removing paint from ae86 bumpers

has anyone been successful with using a type of chemical ? long story short last person to paint this bumper did a crappy job few layers to go through so was thinking if theres a quicker and easier solution id like to know rather than sanding it smooth

yes hit up any paint store , you can get stuff that you coat on leave for a vbit and the paint crinkles up

ot sure i was going to get some from our paint supplied but ended up using a light thinners and scotch brite

i've used polystrippa before with excellent results. available from bunnings.

be carefull using paint strippers on plastics, i would be using a high pressure gurni to flake off as much as u can, but dont hold the water too close cause that will also fuck up the plastic, the safest way is to sand it back

I had some bumpers done a couple of years back and took them and got them beed blasted...they came up looking like new ready for whatever colour you want to paint them and not that expensive...satin black is my choice..
