MX73 should be the same as MA61 which is the same as RA65. Much more common and would be cheaper. I bought my RA65 complete tailshaft for $50.

Half shafts (i.e., diff to wheel axles), not drive shaft I believe.

RA65/MA61/RT142 half shafts != MX73/xZ1x half shafts for reference. The latter are about 20mm longer.
