For sale: Toyota Corona Avante RT142

Location: Northern Rivers Crabbes Creek near Tweed Heads/Byron Bay, 1.5-2hrs down the highway from Brisbane.

Asking Price: $3,000 open to offers for legit buyers making the effort to come look at it.

Killometer's: 258,000

Manual or Automatic transmission: W55 (or 58?)

Engine Type: 22RE

Condition: Paint is crusty, there is a bit of rust most notable in the passenger side windscreen pillar about 3mm in diameter.
Engine is a little bit leaky from tapper cover gasket and sump gasket, about a cup per month. How-ever it goes very good for a 22re best I have ever owned/driven no hickups EVER. Regularly serviced, no cheapo stuff.
I don't have time for the car really anymore or anywhere nice to drive it I bought a new car so this is just sitting here...

Modifications:
Usual engine mumbo jumbo.
(not a mod but has power steer - it is very nice).
SSR MKIIR 15x7+15F, 15x8-10R rims.
Locked solid axle DISC rear end 3.7 FD (22re rona is usually 3.3).
Fender braces, made by me, not pretty if you want to oodle at brand names but it does the job well and truly.
G4 S13 coilovers with camber hats, 8.7kgmm springs base and height adjustable. 28-way shock adjust.
SR20 brakes.
Falcadore cut kings rear, TRD orange 8-way shocks.
Stripped out lots of weight removal starting with aircon system out, front bumper support out, only thing left in the interior is carpet and front seats, top half of dash, doorcards.
LEXEN FR FL RL RR and Rear windows.
We estimate the car now weighs about 950-1000kg.

Road Worth Certificate: No

Registration: 10months on VIC rego

Crash History: NONE

Other Comment's about the vehicle: Goes hard very reliable it's a toyota.
Even though this car isn't, it's meant to be practical, it slides or gribs quite well. I'm not at all keen to get rid of it but it's depressing seeing it just sitting at the bottom of the hill not getting used for what I built it for.
Ready for an SR20 tbh, and it will be a very crazy ride, but the 22re is still ok, good for dry skids - just go youtube and look up 'more corona drifting' if you wanna see 22re ability even from a noob.
Very far from roadworthy, I have all the interior bits, the glass (except one) etc. Intention was track car -> move to brisbane area close to the tracks but circumstances leave me here so i want to sell this one on and maybe start a new project later if i ever do move up that way.
Can sell with or without rego preferably without as I can cash in what is left but if you want to keep it on the road you can buy transfer to your name then to qld/nsw without inspection if my memory serves me right, on second thoughts - with rego would be better as it would be an easy transfer for everyone.
If you're interested you'll just have to come drive it, it goes very quick and handles very well for a tractor :D won't disappoint. Bring cash if you do, not if you're considering it.

Contact: PM or contact here i have no phone reception at home i will get back to you if you want to have a chat and leave your number.

no no no you have to be going 100km/h put in clutch and rev like bam bam ba bam and select reverse for maximum respect.

also, sell skyline and buy this do it do it atleast ill know itll go to someone cool. i don't think anyone would be grabbing this thing anytime soon - i got it on ebay for like 2 weeks. in my experience, it takes atleast that to sell a car.
