I was bored and feeling kinda destructive last week, so I made a new replacement bumper...
7.5mm channel main bar with 6mm end plates and mounts; all steel; gussetted and bolted into chassis rails. Came in on 20kg even.

A free afternoon means more survival mods on the battlewagon.
Cheap spotlights to light up the zombie hoards; mounted nice and safe away from points of impact...

Ah yes, we all remember those times.
Then being sold off and locked outside unloved for almost 10 months made her bitter and twisted, unable to trust anyone ever again.
All hardened up, she now hangs around dive bars and parking lots picking fights with anything in the way.
I show understanding and just just let her do her thing; helping where I can.

i find it most interesting that the 'parking light' hasnt even registered a car is parked there...
i also wonder how many people semi turn into a park only to see that there and mutter unsavory words under their breath?

Now with sidepipe.
I just tee'd it off the stock exhaust and put a flange in it so I can change to difference size restrictor plates to change the sound or block it off.
Not bad for $7 of steel and an afternoon in the sun.

I thought I needed more power. What better way that Naaaaaawzz.
So I went to the Salvo's picked up one of these.
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/1/6/7/244620.jpg
Conveniently the crankcase ventilation tube feeds into the air-cleaner and points straight down the secondary throat.
Aaaand the bottle sits nicely between the front seats.
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/1/6/7/244621.jpg
And just in case you were wondering, each canister gives me about 3 seconds, and you can feel a difference in acceleration and noise. I guess an extra 1hp is like a 5% power increase. I keep about an inch of petrol in the dispenser so it feeds fuel vapor with the nitrous as a ghetto way of richening up the mixture.
So there you have it,
Soda dispenser - $6.50
Fuelsafe hose - $7
Whipped cream canisters - $6 for 10
= $20 Nitrous system.
I should be doing a dyno day in the next month or so, will post up results.
:hehe:
