I bought a new steering rack boot from Brighton Toyota last year - don't know if the PS rack boots are the same or not but I do know that with the standard rack the boots are two different parts for left and right. Hit up ToyoDIY to work out what part numbers you need and then hit up your local friendly Toyota Parts Dept...
