Can anyone help?
My rear gearbox/extension housing seal is weeping and would like to get it sorted before I get rego.
Anyone know what the part number is? Or if it is interchangeable with something?
Cheers

33142-14010. that is the listing for an ae86 from toyodiy. source- http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_J_1984_TOYOTA_SPRINTER+TRUENO_AE86-FSMQF_3303.html
if you cant get that part in aus i have used amayama.com to get heaps of seals and gaskets and their service was very good

I posted in your thread Nico, but i may have given you the wrong part number.
If you are after the extension housing GASKET (paper), then use the above. If you are after the extension housing SEAL (like a rear main seal), then use the one i posted in your build thread.

Why you need part number? You just walk into Toyota and ask for the seal at the back of the gearbox that seals against the tailshaft slip yoke. It's not an import only part or anything. I think I even got mine at the local auto one.

Dont Think that's what he means :p
Check www.toyodiy.com you'll find the part number on there under the model you got your t50 from.

I wanted the part number so that I ensure I get the right one. My closest parts store or Toyota dealer is 45min drive each way. I would rather only do the trip once.
Thanks heaps guys, it is the SEAL i am after. Got that number you posted mate :)

It will come off with a tiny bit of 'persuasion' .. but you can remove the seal fairly easily (without removing the deflector) with a large screw driver
