Did you use the wrong locator pin hole on the cam pulley? aka are the lobes on no.1 facing upward and outward when TDC?
Did you forget to plug the CAS in?

Cams are in right when I removed the stock ones I put the new ones In right away in the same angle. No cas it's dizzy. I'm thinking because the cams are 8.35 lift that could make a differents so since the lift is bigger do I still use the stock markings ?

The CAS is the thing inside the dizzy that senses where the crank is in it's rotation.
Are the lobes on no.1 facing upward and outward when TDC?
Spark/Fuel?

pull you dizzy out and make sure it is aligned for tdc as this could be an ignition timing issue. it may have jumped a tooth in either direction when you put the new cams in. so leave the motor at tdc, pull out dizzy and line up the two markings and very carefully, so as not to bump the gear, put it back in. also wouldn't you be better running the 264 on the intake?

I see a dizzy drive gear on both cams....wouldn't that mean they are both exhaust cams?
I don't know how aftermarket cams are set up for 16vs but I'd be wondering if the timing marks are for set up for exhaust cam use only.

I'm going to put cams in the SR tomorrow/Sunday/Monday so I'll take a picture when I do that. Pretty sure they should be more upright than that.

do a compression test. you should know if it has no compression. it should turn over VERY quickly..
if it has compression (which means your cams are in "properly"), spark or fuel is the problem.
i would be dialing in those cams properly though. will need some adj cam gears for that.

correct me if im wrong, but there have been a few people on here(pen15 in particular) that tried running mild cams on stock ecu and failing, fouls up plugs very fast

The intake valve should open right as the exhaust valve is closing, you coudl turn the engine and see if the #1 intakes valve springs get pushed down right after the exhaust valve is closed.

Den-bot, Cams are in the right spot, take the spark plug out, confirm that no1 piston is all the way up when the marker on the crank is at 0deg.
I think the dizzy needs to be re-set as timbo said. There is a dimple on the dizzy housing, and a slot/ridge/dot on the dizzy shaft. You line the two up as close as possible, re-insert the dizzy with the motor linesd up on No1TDC. Make sure you don't accidently let the shaft turn, taking the cap off and holding the rotor can make this easier.
If all these things are fine, confirm TDC no1, cam wheels linesd up, dizzy in right spot, the problem is elsewhere.

den-bot, the idle will be fine with those cams (not lumpy). You've heard my car running/idling and I run a pair of 264's.
Try and wind the idle up a bit, you need to get the timing down to aroung 15deg on the pulley before you do anything else, if you cannot adj the dizzy any more, pull it out re-alighn, and reinsert with more angle in the direction that lowers timing (which i think is anti-clockwise)
