Mod Plate Q

Quick one, Im still newish over here so bare with me,,,
I am about to fit a cage in the car & was going to get it mod plated along with the seat, wheel, suspension etc,, I am still looking for work & might have an interview in North NSW, So I would have to move there, Is there any point getting QLD mod plate? or will I have to do it all again down there?

One would assume it would be valid down there?

I personally wouldn't bother till you know for sure.

NSW use a different system to QLD, even though both will use VSB14 in QLD you get a Plate in NSW you get a engineers report. It is my understanding that without the report you may have some difficulty because the plate won't be explicit about what has been done to the vehicle only the codes that it was modified under.
