Its a passenger seat on a drivers rail. Seat fits either side, I dare say the rail only fits the drivers side.

Yeah, it's the risk you take. Like I said I've never been pulled up with it, most of the time when you're pulled over you're sitting in it! Plus cops don't know shit about what mod plate codes mean so my plan was to always say LO1 covers it...
