Are these in new condition, not sure if it is the photo but the right one looks to be flaking on the chrome plating adn the left one seems a bit dull on teh indicator, but not sure if it is jsut the light of the picture

Kouki ones are new.

The zenki drivers side is used but is as new but yes as you pointed out the other one is a bit faded
