Pumpkin and Mince pie...
You'll need about 4-6 sheets of pastry
Mince, about 1kg
Cheese (mozzerella is the best)
Oil, Spices and shit
Pumpkin goes into the saucepan with a little bit of oil and some water. Boil it down until there is a paste (mushy pumpkin)
While you're busy watching that reduce down, get your baking dish out and stick in the bottom layer of pastry. Stick a layer of cheese on top and then another layer of pastry on top of that. This will make the best fucking pie base you've had in your life. Cook at max temp until the pastry rises (you'll see what I mean) Take that out of the oven ready for the next step.
Your pumpkin paste should be ready, cook the mince off in a frypan with a bit of water and let it stew a bit. Add loads of Paprika (trust me), salt, pepper the usual shit. Cut up some Zucchini roughly diced and fry that in with the meat until it is just cooked (should still have some moisture in it. Throw the pumpkin sludge into that and heat it until it boils up then turf it all into the baking dish (into the base) before you cover it with the pastry on top - stick another layer of cheese on that (it'll go goey) and then brush butter into the top of the pastry.
Oven for 15-20 minutes on very high.
Cool a bit & serve
Profit and damnwell enjoy :)

Welcome to Gen Z.
The instant gratification generation...
Wouldn't know how to make something from scratch. Thats whats destroying internet forums. None of this "i'll go fuck around in the garage until i work it out"... its all "tell me how to do all of this stuff on my list so I don't learn anything for myself"... They are just happy to be trolls and fuck with people and not exchange anything they know because its "theirs".
I'm sure there are a few Gen-Z "cooks" out there on our forums but i'll bet my fuzzy dice that they are a rare species....
The world is going to be FUCKED when Gen-Z are in charge hey... When Gen X and Gen Y are all dead, all the little floppy haired pill popping emo kids are going to kill whoever is left, because they can't make anything more complicated than two minute noodles... On the up-side the economy will be BANGIN because the playstation 103 sales will be through the roof

i love to cook and will cook anything, since moving to my dads, he hates mess and is anal so i dont bother
home made mince and vegi pie NOMNOMNOM
pretty much do the same thing as nicko's
but when you cook the mince (i used frozen vegi's as its easier and there already diced and shit) put the vegi's in and then add a bit of gravy powder and a little water(LITTLE!!!!!!! BIT!) and it will stew a bit and smell wicked
bake the pastery and that like nicko did in his and then poor the mince and vegi's in and put the top on and stick it back in the oven
TASTES AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
and if you feel like being tricky instead of pastry on top, mash potato =D

nutella swirls(what ever you want to call them)
get a sheet of puff pastry, cover it in nutella(if yo love the stuff make it thick as, or a thin layer if your not a nutella freak) once completly covered, roll the sheet up (dont do it heaps tight) then cut the sheet into 1" peices and lay them spread out on a baking tray and cook until brown (about 15-20 mins if that from memory havent done it in a while)

Looks like cooking at home is too 'old fashioned' then. Such a shame! When's the last time somebody actually spent a whole Sunday cooking? Or wondered how their food is prepared? Nicko, your rant is so true, nobody cares what they eat any more and it's killing us.

Most butchers hang it to dry out but most people can't do that, so I bought a dehydrator. Doesn't taste quite as good as the hanging variety but it's good enough. If you do make some ensure you let the meat marinade for 24'hours and use a good strong base sauce such as soy
