4age 16v injector questions

hey all im looking for a cheap injector that will suit the 4age bigport 16v stock plug High Impedance and around the 400cc to 500cc mark or even just post up some specs on what you have used before on your 16v rigs

ebay had some power up branded ones cheap.

I was going to suggest 7mgte 440s but they're low impedance, however you can just wire up a 5.6 ohm resistor into the power...
