wont seperate it coz ill be stuck with the box.. and i paid to get it together.

also the shell is $400 now pick up this weekend.. !!!

mate im interested, jsut wanted to kno why u needed to cut the tunnel tho. doesnt the rb box sit nicely in the standered shifter hole ???

pretty sure nick that the shifter fits alright with the standard hole but u need 2 bash the tunnel about to fit the box in there coz its a much bigger gearbox then the t50's.
thats wat i've been told.

if you use 86 xmember you have to flog the tunnel or cut it out and shifter hole is moved back by about 100mm. btw send me a pic of the shell man!!

using an rb box with sr bellhousing puts the shifter almost in standard positiong. i required slight trimming off trans hole so fit my 31 box with ca bellhousing. also with ca i didn't need to bash tunnel. might be different with sr.

i was talking about using the srbellhousing and rb box with a sr engine dosent go anywhere near origional position!!!!
