its not as simple as just cutting teeth into the rack. it is flat on top just after the last teeth so they will have to build up that area and then cut more teeth into it. kinda borderline to even bothering to do it really... and the lock i get from my quick rack and p/s arms is enough to stay fast, anymore i think it would hinder you more than help you

cheers for the info,
i knew it wouldn't be straight forward. its just that i have the rack sitting here, and i want to use it. but in order to use it along with the PS arms it needs the extra teeth.
so if anyone could recommend a place i can get done properly, i would really appreciate it.

also does anyone have a idea of how much it will cost? $$$$?

i use everything you listed. it works fine without adding teeth. would prob cost about the same as the rack did just for an extra tooth or 2. wouldnt really want any more than 3. even at that stage you will need longer tie rods

so your runnning a quaife quick rack too?
just that i read you need the extra teeth to utilise the quick rack.
i can get longer tie rods, and already have longer tie rod ends.
but if your using a quick rack with all the above monetioned parts,
then i'll give it a go.
