im runing my car without a nock sensor is this a bad thing its a 4agze. and does a 16v nock sensor work

Well it's not particularly good for the car. Do you have any problems with cutting out/loss of power at all? The ecu looks for not only bad signals from the knock sensor but also constantly looks for a good signal too. If it doesn't get it, it will retard the timing and basically fall into a limp mode.
The na 16v sensor wont work properly either so you'll probably have to source another gze one if you're having problems.

thats if it even runs without the knock sensor connected! i think a 7MGTE one is the same either a 7M or a 1GGTE, can't remember but i didn't even have to change the plug on it! plus it has a metal casing, not a platsic one like most GZE ones..
