diff gears

i am unaware of what diferential gears i have in my sprinter , lol , at 100kmh my 86 revs at 3000rpm and my a mates 86 revs at 2500rpm at 100kmh, can someone please tell me what differential gears i have

if your car still has standard diff, post up the axle code and ill look it up.
sounds like a 3.7,3.9

I think most aussy sproonters came with 3.9:1

if ur axle code s S314 u have 3.909 final drive.

different tyres?? are you running a different wheel to your mate.. if the overall size is bigger/smaller your speedo will not read true (not that there that good anyway)
