I read on a website that the 16v engines have a tendency to top the head up with oil at high rpm and this can result in oil getting into the intake manifold via the cam cover breather. How can u stop that?
Cheers

use a smallport engine
use an oil catch can - that is don't run the breather to the air inlet.
build an oil/air seperator
