hey..

Im keen to build a short shift kit for my T-50 and i was jus wonderin if any1 has already built 1... I wuld jus like 2 know how they went bout doing or if any1 had diagrams i culd use that'll be awesum..

I hope your a fitter and turner, because for the price and machining, you could buy an off the shelf one from Redline!

I probably don't know what I'm talking about but I thought that a short shifter was just a shorter shifter and a quick shifter had less throw?

Nah... short shifter has a higher pivot point... basically extends the bottom part and shortens the top part so u have less leverage but the distance moved is decreased... not the easiest thing to make though....

weld the sucker in on an angle though unless u got long arms, feels great to use and everyone who has driven my car agrees.

The pic shows it in neutral by the way

u would wanna be cluey with fitting andturning with plenty of trial and errors.
