anyone knows if it can be used on ae86 strut for making coilover?

why don't you ask the person selling them?

It says they'll suit commodore strut, anyone knows whats the diameter of the sprinter strut or may be the diameter of the commodore strut as well?

You'll need a 51mm ID sleeve kit for your sprinter struts.

I had a look at noltec's site and the biggest they offer is 55mm with 54mm being the next one down so I'd say commodores would be one of those two.
