removing factory electric sunroof??????

i need to get rid og my sun roof, for rhe head room and so i can fit my cage, has any one done this? the whole thing is a bolted, but a soon a i try to pry it down the whole roof wants to cave in, any one have any ideas? the only thing holding it in at the moment is a foam sealer?

?! Just pull off the roof lining attached to the sunroof (held by spring clips) then unbolt the sunroof panel and rails, motor etc.

Just dont wreck it, i would imagine you could get a bit for it

you will find that this is because they use like a black sticky crap to glue it on, much like your windsceen adhesive I have been told.
