most tyre places will do it for like 20 bucks a guard.. barring that, u can probably use a rubber mallet

if ur not worried about paint get a rubber/plastic hammer and go nuts....

or jus to get some clearance cut splits in the roll thats inside the lip of the gaurd and jus "tap it" up.

if you just want to roll them fold the lip up into the arch using a hammer, then if your car is low enough use a section of pipe big enough to just fit in between tyre and guard, lever on the pole while rolling it over the wheel and it should flare the guard out. just don't go too crazy or you'll crack paint or worse crease the guard.

haha that is gold its like bogan style guard roller i could do that but what does everyone think if i were to get the air hacksaw cut small slits in the underside then rubber mallet or normal hammer with wood?????

i don't think you would need to cut slits in it just use the hammer, thin steel is plyable it has some "give" so you don't need the slits in my opinion.

no need for the slits. you would need MASSIVE wheels to need to do that.

i had a mate show me once, i think its a very common way of flaring guards.

put my car on the hoist tonight and my front wheels are odd http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/huh.gif the left hand side one has a slightly different center and i found out also that it is scrubbin on the bolt that joins the front bar onto the front quarter panel.... not good http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/sad.gif so i might just have to sort of jack it out a bit (put a jack between the body and guard i am hoping this is going to work

i agree with the castor, whip out the measuring tape and get both sides out, i prefer not to max out castor just enough to clear or theres some visible thread showing
