steering problem please help

ive driven a couple sprinters and they both had very light steering my sprinter has really hard AND HEAVY STEERING and i cant find out why im not shore what to look for

could be the rack needs to be regreesed?
could even be gone...

if u have the time and knowledge, take the rack out and see if u can get some more clue from that.

wouldnt be that its been like that since i got the car even after i got new wheels put on it got a lil bit better but still really hard

If you know how put the car up on jackstands and just undo each and evey bit of your suspension (one at a time) and see what part of ur set up is stiff. Like v-tec said it could well be your rack but I would probably look further down the line to the things near the wheels that I can't remember the name of right now.....(someone help this guy, I'm bloody useless!)
